Stephen Fenby
Owner/Manager • 6 years
Stephen wears a lot of hats in the business — main boss, communicating with clients, scheduling, gear, marketing… pretty much everything!
What he enjoys most is the satisfaction of a great transformation and getting to know people after a few jobs.
Fun fact: He’s a poet and hopes to one day release a poetry book!
Charlotte Fenby
Owner / Administrator • 5 years
Charlotte keeps everything running behind the scenes — payroll, reconciling, and all the things people don’t see.
She loves the satisfaction of a transformation and the smile on people’s faces.
Fun fact: A closet creative who loves to grow flowers (you should see her garden!)
Tim Fenby
Team Leader • Been with Sea of Glass for 4 years
Tim leads one of the crews, heading out to clean shopfronts and residential houses.
What he enjoys most is connecting and getting to know many of our clients.
Fun fact: He’s studied biosecurity and in his spare time, you’ll find him gardening and walking his dog.
